Honey Mustard Chicken

(Natalie Jones) I tried something new the other Sunday & this is what it became! Try it out! It is super yummy!

Chicken to cover bottom of 9"/13" pan (defrosted)
1 cup honey
1 cup prepared mustard
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper
(double ingredients for extra sauce)

Mix honey, mustard, basil, paprika, & parsley in bowl. Layer chicken on bottom of pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken. Pour honey mustard mixture over top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes or until chicken is done. Shred chicken in pan (I usually just use 2 forks like I would with mom's bbq ckicken).
Serve over rice or in a sandwich.
