El Dorado Casserole

(Mary Jones)

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion grated/cut up
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
1 C. sliced black olives

Brown meat and onion and mix in other ingredients.

1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. cottage cheese
1 small can green chilis diced
corn tortillas (or flour)
1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese

Mix.

Layer in casserole:
1/2 meat
tortillas
1/2 sour cream
tortillas
1/2 sour cream
1/2 meat
Cheese on top

Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 min.
