Grandma Jones' Chicken Noodle Soup

Soup:
1chopped onion
1 T. butter
2 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
2 dry chicken gravy mixes
3 cooked and diced chicken breast
Homemade egg noodles

Saute onion in butter until brown. Add chicken broth and cream of chicken. Slowly wisk in dry gravy packets.  You may need to add some water to make sure there is enough soup to cook the noodles. Let simmer 15 min. Add diced chicken. Soup must be hot so the noodles can cook in it.  Slowly add uncooked egg noddles. Cover and simmer for a few minutes before serving.

Noodles:
6 eggs
2 tsp. salt
Flour

Beat eggs and add salt. Add flour little by little until the dough is firm but sticky. Chill dough for 15min. Roll and cut dough into thin noodles. Add noodles to the soup until cooked and puffed up.
