.Whole.Wheat.Waffles.

I am so into these yummy waffles lately, I have been eating them for weeks now! I just make a batch and freeze the leftovers so I can pop em in the toaster on other mornings later in the week.

-Whole Wheat Waffles-
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. oil

I have been topping them with mom's sugar free orange sauce (it's in the recipe box Leah put together). They are also yummy with homemade blueberry sauce, or maple syrup of course.
