Caramel Corn

1 cube butter
1 lb brown sugar
1 Cup light karo syrup

Boil and then add 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Continue to boil until it gets to the soft ball stage. (this is where you test a little drop in cold water and see if it sticks together in a soft ball)

Add to a big bowl of popped popcorn. I like it with lots of caramel.
