Lemon Poppyseed Bread

(Mary Jones)

2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs

blend.

Add 1 1/2 c. milk
Add 1 1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. almond, vanilla, & butter extracts

4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 1/2 tsp. bkg pwd
3 T poppy seed
3 med loaf pans lined with wax paper on bottom.

Grease and flour pans. Bake at 350 for 45min-1hr. Don't let cool. Glaze while hot.

GLAZE:
Orange Juice 1/4 C. (more diluted)Add suger (about 3/4)and 3 extracts 1/2 tsp.

Spoon over top. Let it cool in pans. Loosen edges with knife.
