Lemon Fluff

This is quick and easy! Grandma's favorite dessert for guests!

(Grandma Jones)

1 Package (3oz.) lemon jello
1 cup hot water (NO MORE)
1 can chilled evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Juice from 1 lemon
graham cracker crumbs

Pour 2/3 of graham cracker crumbs into bottom of cake pan.

Mix jello and water and set aside. Keep at room temp. Do not let set up yet.

Beat evaporated milk until fluffy in large bowl. Add sugar while beating. Add lemon juice, jello mixture, and vanilla. Pour over crumbs. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on top.

Refrigerate before serving.

(Other flavors of jello can be used without the lemon juice!)
