Chicken and Veggie Alfredo

1 tbs. butter
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1/2 thin sliced onion
6-8 sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup diced or sliced sun dried tomatoes
2 cups cooked broccoli
(other veggies you like sauteed)
1 can alfredo sauce
2-4 grilled chicken breast
one bag of your favorite pasta cooked
(i like bow ties)

Heat skillet with butter. Sautee garlic and onions until light brown. Add all other vegetables and sautee until cooked. Add alfredo sauce heat until warm. Serve vegetable sauce and chicken on pasta.



(I don't like freash tomatoes and I a lot of you don't either, you should still try the sun dried tomatoes because they are sweet and yummy. I get the dried ones not the ones canned in olive oil but they are probably good too.)
