1 Bag of romaine lettuce washed and sliced
other veggies (i like some red cabbage and grated carrots )
Chinese crunchy noodles
sliced almonds
3 cooked and sliced chicken breasts (I do shake and bake cuz its healthier/cheaper, but applebee's does fried chicken, both are good)
Sweet Dressing (below)
Put it all together how you like it and eat up! Don't feel bad it is healthy, but it is so good it seems like its not a salad:)
Sweet Dressing:
5 T. honey
2 T. rice vinegar
1/3 c. mayo
1 1/2 t. dijon mustard
1/4 t. sunflower oil (applebee's called for sesame oil I couldn't find it so I did this and it worked)
Put all contents into mini food processor or blender until smooth
