The other day, I made a last minute Crock Pot meal. Sort of combined Aunt Louisa's Crock Pot chicken recipe with one I found online. Anyway, it turned out pretty yummy!
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, in 1/4" slices
3 Medium Sized Potates, washed and cubed (large)
1 Bottle Italian Dressing
1/2 Cup (or so) of Parmesan Cheese
Layer all ingredients in your Crock Pot and cook for several hours, until done. Serve with a steamed vegetable. :)
