.QuiCK.DiNNeR.RoLLS.

1 1/4 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
1/3 c. oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar (or less)


mix warm water, yeast, sugar. yeast will become active. then add oil, egg, salt. gradually add flour. knead (by hand or in mixer with dough hook). shape into rolls. let rise 10-15 minutes. bake @ 425 for 12-18 minutes. **makes great donuts too!
