this is a smaller portioned batter... i usually make it
in 12 cup-cake tins. it is very dense & moist, and a
great treat to make when you are out of eggs!

I love WACKY CAKE!!! It is so good! I made it for a third grade project once(w/ help from grandma) that I don't even remember doing and kids at school still ask me about it cuz they loved grandma's cake.
